We opened in October 2022 and run classes every week, on Mondays and Thursdays. Kids class 17:40-18:30. Adults & youth class 18:30-19:30.

Kuk Sool Won was formed over 65 years ago by Kuk Sa Nim, In-Hyuk Suh, in 1958.

We cover a range of kicks and hand strikes, including basics and more advanced topics.

Sequences of moves designed to train your body. A new empty hand form is taught at each new belt.

A range of techniques, including joint-locks, pressure points, hip throws, and more.

Weapons Training

24 different weapons, including sword, staff, and spear

Safe Falling and Acrobatics

Techniques for falling without injury, and recovering from a fall to regain stance.

Overall Fitness

Overall strength, stamina and flexibility will improve as a result of regular training.
